About the role:
As a Talent Management Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment and talent strategies across divisions within DTF. You’ll work closely with DTF People and Culture, senior leaders, and internal partners to identify talent needs and deliver tailored, forward-thinking solutions that support our strategic workforce priorities.

You’ll be confident in building trusted relationships, developing compelling business cases, and influencing across all levels of the organisation. Whether it’s presenting to executives, managing multiple stakeholder expectations, or navigating shifting priorities, you’ll bring an adaptable, versatile and a proactive mindset.

In this role, you'll take on tasks such as:

Contributing to the design and delivery of contemporary recruitment initiatives aligned with strategic workforce priorities.

Streamlining and improving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the implementation of succession and talent plans.

Developing tailored recruitment solutions by collaborating with executives, managers, and staff to understand workforce needs.

Leading, coaching, and supporting team members to meet service delivery targets and uplift recruitment capability.

Providing expert advice, training, and coaching on best practice recruitment strategies and activities.

Managing reporting and analysis across recruitment and talent programs, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience designing and delivering modern recruitment strategies, policies, and initiatives.

Has strong written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, procedures, and training materials.

Has proven leadership in managing recruitment teams and driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Has the ability to build effective partnerships with executives and stakeholders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Is confident using Microsoft Office and other technologies to streamline recruitment processes and enhance team productivity.

Is skilled at managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgement, and working independently or as part of a team.
