Edutemps is recruiting for an experienced and detail-driven Training and Administration Officer to join a well-regarded training organisation based in Melbourne’s south-east. This is a full-time, permanent role, suited to someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
The position is onsite Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 8am and 5pm, offering stability alongside a healthy work-life balance.
About the Role
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll support the coordination and administration of nationally accredited training programs. You’ll manage enrolments, logistics, trainer support, and student records—helping to ensure courses are delivered smoothly and compliantly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to student and client enquiries via phone and email
Process enrolments, validate credentials, and issue certificates and invoices
Coordinate trainer schedules, travel, venues, and course logistics
Prepare course materials and equipment for both internal and external sessions
Maintain accurate digital and physical student records
Use aXcelerate (or similar) to manage student data and training history
Format and update templates, presentations, and documents
Support feedback reporting, compliance documentation, and general operations
Keep training rooms and resources organised and presentation-ready
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in RTO or training administration
Knowledge of ASQA/AQTF compliance and student record requirements
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office and student management systems (e.g. aXcelerate)
Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative working style
Bonus Points For:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Experience in safety, construction, or environmental training sectors
Own transport (free onsite parking available)
