As a Regional Manager, you'll lead the strategic and operational delivery of the Local Area Coordination (LAC) program across your region. You'll be responsible for translating national objectives into high impact, participant focused services, while ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and internal performance standards. This role is about building empowered teams, fostering inclusive communities and driving innovation in disability support.

What you'll do:
- Oversee the day to day operations of the LAC program across your region, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with excellence
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance development in partnership with the General Manager
- Monitor caseload distribution, service KPIs and operational risks to ensure sustainable and high quality outcomes
- Represent Feros Care in regional forums, stakeholder meetings and community initiatives to strengthen local engagement and visibility
- Lead the design and delivery of community capacity building activities that promote inclusion and participation for people with disability
- Drive data integrity, service quality and participant experience through effective use of systems and reporting tools
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using local insights, feedback and performance data
- Embed Feros Care's quality, compliance and risk management practices across all regional activities
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience leading large, dispersed or high volume service delivery teams in disability, community or human services sector.
- Deep understanding of the NDIS, disability sector and participant centred service models.
- Proven ability to build and sustain high performing teams focused on outcomes and service excellence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and community development skills with a track record of building meaningful partnerships.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and leading complex conversations.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capability to manage competing priorities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Financial and resource management skills, including rostering, workload planning and budget awareness.
- Confidence using data and technology to monitor performance, manage workflow and support decision making.
Qualifications & Checks:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in disability, human services, social work, community development, or a related field.
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Valid Australian Working Rights.
