We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team, leveraging their expertise in Python, project management, and IT service management to drive business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Internet Data Center (IDC) planning and design, with a focus on smart energy, smart cities, and smart transportation construction fields as well as ITIL certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage Python for data analysis, automation, and development of business
solutions.
- Develop and implement integrated hardware and software architecture solutions,
including those for building construction planning.
- Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including budget management,
schedule adherence, and timely delivery.
- Apply ITIL 4 frameworks to optimize IT service management processes and
contribute to strategic planning.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide actionable insights for business
decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and
alignment with business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
to foster effective communication and partnership.

Requirements:

- Over 5 years of experience in IDC planning and design.
- Proficient in Python and experienced in applying it to real-world projects.
- PMP certification.
- ITIL 4 certifications (Managing Professional and Strategic Leader).
- Demonstrated proficiency in analysing information, identifying challenges, and formulating effective solutions.
