The Role

Key tasks

Deep‑fry hot chips, wedges & other quick bites, Saturdays

Make fresh sandwiches, rolls & toasties to order, Tuesday & Saturday

Create at least one new snack/lunch item each month and cost it

Order supplies & maintain stock / stores

Full clubhouse clean (bar, dining room, change rooms, toilets) Friday → Monday (5 days/week, off‑peak hours)

Approx. 25–30 hrs/week (negotiable). Extra hours available during events.

What we’re looking for

Short‑order or canteen cooking experience (deep fryer, sandwiches, salads).

Food Safety Level 1 (or willingness to obtain).

Pride in a spotless venue and able to work with minimal supervision.

Creative streak for new menu ideas.

Solid Saturday availability.

Renumeration

The position will be casual with renumeration starting at Cook Grade 2 – Level 3 under MA000058
