The Role

Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
Track and document each child’s learning and development journey
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
Develop tailored learning plans to support each child’s individual growth
Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones

Role Requirements

Diploma OR Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children’s Check
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Previous experience leading curriculum development and ability to work within a fast environment
Full working rights within Australia

This centre is part of a growing Early Childhood group, you will have access to a large amount of support and high quality resources. The team here has a strong focus on building meaningful connections with the families and children. They’re also extremely involved within the local community, heading out on excursions each week and having members of local businesses come visit the children within the centre.
