About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Euro Patisserie' as a Cafe all rounder. As a casual or permanent part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the cafe in New Lambton, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, as well as light meals and snacks

Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe area

Assisting with food preparation as needed

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
