About Us:
West Face Roofing is a small roof plumbing maintenance company, servicing mostly residential roof leaks, repairs, and general roof plumbing maintenance. This role is majority client-facing, so we’re looking for a character-driven individual — someone with a great personality and positive attitude, who knows roofing through and through

The Role:
This is a maintenance-based position, ideal for a multiskilled roofer seeking variety and a change of pace from typical construction jobs. The focus is on delivering quality work on smaller, low-stress projects.

You’ll move efficiently from job to job without compromising on standards, and rest easy knowing 80% of the admin workload is taken care of for you. Your responsibilities will include simple tasks like photographing your work before and after, and entering job details into our mobile-friendly job board — it’s designed to be quick and intuitive.

As a client-facing professional, you're confident and capable — whether it’s speaking with homeowners or tenants on-site, or keeping our team in the loop with accurate work updates.

We’re not into over-complicated systems or unnecessary stress — just real work, solid outcomes, and a crew that’s got each other's backs.

Your Skills Should Include:

Leak detection expertise

Experience replacing gutters and downpipes

Ability to install flashings, dry pans, aprons, flumes, and roof sheeting (Corrugated, Polycarbonate & Fibreglass)

Capability to identify defects on tiled roofs — some knowledge of ridge cap pointing is ideal (training available for patching work)

Understanding skylights and roof penetrations as potential leak points

What We’re Looking For:

Construction White Card

Working at Heights Ticket (preferred)

At least 4-5 years of experience in roof plumbing

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Professional attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who loves variety, keeps momentum strong, and brings enthusiasm to every task
