Description

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation.
• Calculate and process superannuation, payroll tax, and other deductions.
• Manage employee queries related to payroll, providing clear and professional communication.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with award rates and enterprise agreements.

Profile

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

• Previous experience in payroll processing within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation.
• Proficiency in payroll software, with HR3 being advantageous.
• 3-5 years experience in a Payroll position is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and accounting teams.
• Experience in a high volume volume previous is preferred.
