We’re seeking a Head Chef who leads from the front. Someone who thrives on the buzz of a full house and a busy pass. Someone who understands that the kitchen sets the rhythm of the venue—and leads with that in mind.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team

Oversee all kitchen operations—including prep, service, rostering, and financial performance

Foster a positive, learning-focused kitchen culture

Successful candidates will bring:

Proven experience leading fast-paced kitchen operations

Strong financial literacy, with a solid grasp of COGs, labour management, and budgeting

A calm, solutions-focused leadership style under pressure
