The Role:

• Coordinating day-to-day operations across several new build sites
• Overseeing trades, deliveries, and site safety
• Monitoring progress to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met
• Keeping systems updated and reporting build status to management
• Communicating with clients and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery
• Managing site inspections and ensuring build compliance

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising residential construction projects
• Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple sites efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, solutions driven mindset
• Solid understanding of construction regulations, WHS, and quality control processes
