Opportunity

As Clinical Care Manager, you'll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring best practice clinical care, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working alongside an experienced Facility Manager, you'll shape service delivery and resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor nursing, care, and lifestyle teams

Drive clinical excellence and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and risk management

Manage clinical staffing and workforce development

Foster a positive, person-centred care culture

Implement quality improvement initiatives

You

Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with clinical leadership experience in aged care

Strong knowledge of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards

Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams

Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Offer

$140,000 – $160,000 + Super + Benefits (on experience)
