💡 About the Role

As our Fundraising and Relationships Coordinator, you’ll drive meaningful relationships that fund our life-changing work with young people. You’ll be a key part of our mission—supporting and growing fundraising campaigns, nurturing donors and partners, and ensuring our community knows the real difference they’re making.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Build and nurture strong relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and community groups

Support engaging fundraising campaigns and donor events

Create compelling sponsorship proposals and impact reports

Use your skills in CRM systems (like Salesforce) to track engagement

Work closely with our small, passionate team to innovate and grow

👤 About You

You bring experience in fundraising, sales, or partnerships

You're a strong communicator and relationship builder

You’re organised, proactive, and great with the details

You thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment

You care deeply about supporting young people and making change happen

Bonus points if you’ve worked in the not-for-profit or youth sector—or have event coordination experience!
