Talent International is searching for 2 x experienced Senior Business Analyst's to join our QLD Government client based in Brisbane CBD on a 12 Month Contract, with likely extensions.

// 2 Days WFH (100% in office for first 3 weeks)

The role:
This role sits within a major HRIS transformation program focused on replacing legacy systems with a contemporary Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS). The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to shape future-state HR, Payroll, and Talent processes, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules. Support business and functional analysis as the Department progresses through requirements gathering, future-state process design, and system configuration for a large-scale SuccessFactors implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of business processes and user requirements across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and related areas
• Elicit and document functional requirements for SuccessFactors modules
• Map current 'as-is' and future 'to-be' processes
• Support configuration workbooks, workflows, business rules, and permissions
• Collaborate with technical teams and business SMEs to ensure solution alignment
• Conduct testing, training, and provide post-implementation support

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in HRIS transformation projects
• Proven experience across SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding)
• Strong understanding of HR operations and process reengineering
• Exposure to SAP Signavio, BPMN, and Business Technology Platforms (BTP)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement across complex program environments
