IT Support Officer

We’re partnering with a well-established, consumer-facing business seeking an IT Support Officer to join their high-performing team. This role supports users across Perth and nationally, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and delivering outstanding Level 2 support to internal stakeholders.

As the business continues to grow in Perth, they are looking for a engineer to join during an exciting period of expansion.

The Role:
You’ll act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing hands-on Level 1/2 support both onsite and remotely. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, including opportunities to travel between local offices and provide face-to-face technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT Service Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and other system issues.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and asset records.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow or ConnectWise.
• Relevant IT certifications are highly regarded.
• Valid C-class driver’s license (essential for travel to various sites).
