An established and well-regarded truck dealership in the Laverton area is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy front-line team. This is a full-time position offering strong earning potential, a supportive team environment, and ongoing career development. Working in a fast-paced heavy vehicle service department, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout the service process. Duties include job booking, customer updates, liaising with technicians, preparing estimates, and finalising invoices. A strong focus on communication, accuracy and customer service is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a service advisor – preferably in a truck or heavy vehicle environment. You’ll be confident managing customer expectations, coordinating with workshop staff, and working with dealer management systems. A background in automotive or transport will be highly regarded.

What’s on offer:

• $75,000 – $80,000 + commission + super
• OTE of $90,000 – $100,000
