WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS MANAGER - Distribution Centre

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee our busy distribution center operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional to take ownership of warehouse operations with a small team (2-5 people) and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Oversee inventory management and stock control systems

• Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff

• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures

• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow processes

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

• Manage warehouse budgets and cost control measures

• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and systems

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics management experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Forklift license and OH&S certification preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Physical able to work in a warehouse environment
