Clinical Facilitator - Aged Care - Relocation Opportunity

Salary: $130K + Super + NFP Salary Packaging benefits!
Location: New England Region, NSW

We’re currently seeking a passionate Clinical Facilitator to join a supportive, values-driven aged care provider. Based at a 100+ bed residential aged care facility, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and mentoring new graduates and students as they begin their journey in aged care.

You’ll be well-supported by an experienced clinical team, including a Clinical Educator, Care Manager, and Facility Manager, ensuring you have the resources and backing to thrive in your role.

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with prior experience in a Clinical Educator role within residential aged care
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or Postgraduate Certificate / Master’s in Education, Clinical Teaching, or Nursing
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical and non-clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
