By Amica is a fast-growing online women’s fashion boutique. Started in 2016 by fashion designer Dee Tran, the online fashion store and community is now reaching its sixth year and has a close knit team of over 12 staff.

Join the family

We are currently looking for a warehouse assistant to join our Dispatch and Stock team. As a vital member of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your core focus is to process and manage returns efficiently.

How you’ll contribute:

Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are carefully handled and packaged to meet quality standards.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organised stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and communicate any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to ensure all items meet the brand's quality standards before packing and shipping.

Packaging: Properly label, pack, and seal packages for shipment, considering product fragility and shipping requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate order processing and resolve any fulfillment issues that may arise.

Process returns: Open and inspect returns

Customer service: Contact customers about their returns

Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick and pack orders with a keen eye for detail.

Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving boxes of various weights and standing for extended periods.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the fashion or ecommerce industry, is a plus.
