Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities
Customer Query Management - Effectively handle a wide range of customer inquiries, received via phone, email or chat, through our dedicated customer support management platforms. Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities to swiftly resolve customer queries.
Communication Distribution - Facilitate the distribution of critical customer communications, including invoices and other essential notifications, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Customer On-boarding - Assist in the seamless onboarding of new sites and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial engagement. Provide an experience that fosters strong relationships and aligns with Evergy's values of sustainability, affordability, and simplicity.
Compliance - Uphold a strong commitment to compliance by adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements and laws throughout the execution of duties. Prioritise the maintenance of a safe working environment, contributing to a culture of safety and accountability.
Service Disconnection and Reconnection - Execute service disconnections and reconnections in compliance with established regulations and industry best practices. Employ a meticulous approach to ensure compliant and accurate disconnections and reconnections.
