Are you a Mechanical Fitter looking to lock in consistent shutdown work with great pay and flexibility?

AJL Mechanical is calling on experienced Mechanical Fitters for ongoing shutdowns across regional WA — including Kalgoorlie, the Pilbara, and the Gascoyne.

Fixed Plant Maintenance – Crushers, conveyors, pumps & more

Supportive Team – Work with a reliable and respected WA contractor

🔧 About the Role:

You’ll be working as part of our shutdown teams across key WA mine sites, completing fixed plant maintenance and repairs.

We’re after reliable, trade-qualified fitters who value safety, professionalism, and getting the job done right.

👷‍♂️ To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate

Minimum 3 years experience (mining or shutdown preferred)

Working at Heights & Confined Space certificates (current)

White Card – Construction Induction

National Police Clearance (valid)

Drug & Alcohol Screen – Must be able to pass

Australian Driver’s Licence

High Risk Work Licence (desirable)

Own tools and PPE

Full Australian working rights
