ORDCO is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Kununurra. This role supports both the finance and merchandising departments to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing invoices, receipts, purchase orders, payments and other financial transactions

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Assisting with financial reporting and month-end procedures

• General ledger reconciliations

• Verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management

• Inventory costing

• ATO reporting

• Assist with goods receipting and stock tracking

• Provide administrative support to the finance team

• Operate the weighbridge and assist with reporting

• Support front counter operations and customer service

• Participate in stock management and stocktakes

• Provide administrative support and other duties as required

About You:

• Administration and Bookkeeping skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Excellent Microsoft Suite skills and abilities

• Previous bookkeeping or customer service experience

• Agricultural experience beneficial

• Willingness to commit to minimum 3-year tenure
