About the role

Ritchie & Associates - Psychologists' is seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Westcourt, Queensland. As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the local community.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing individualised treatment plans

Providing evidence-based psychological interventions, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, for a range of mental health conditions

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care

Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards

Actively participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices

Contributing to the growth and development of the psychology practice

What we're looking for

Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience in a clinical or counselling setting

Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment

Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with other healthcare providers

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice
