Greet customers and clearly understand their service and repair needs

Accurately prepare and process repair orders and cost estimates

Liaise closely with the workshop controller to manage repair timelines

Keep customers informed with clear, timely updates on their vehicle status

Promote value-added services and products to enhance customer satisfaction

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a solution-focused mindset

Experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry

Strong communication and organisational skills

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Understanding of vehicle servicing, parts, and scheduling

Tech-savvy with proficiency in service management systems
(Pentana Solutions, Infomedia Triage, Xtime, Podium preferred)
