We are seeking expressions of interest and looking to fill a role as a Senior Advisor in Business Operations
The Role:
We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our client's team as a Senior Adviso in Business Operations
Your core duties & responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate, investigate and prepare responses to emerging significant issues and respond to Director
- Liaise and engage with all levels of the organisation and key external stakeholders to support the activities of the Management Team.
- Conduct research using multiple sources for preparation of reports, to support leadership actions and coordination of responses, and input to projects, programs, reports and corporate issues.
- Provides executive level support of the change management, training, and compliance audit with the implementation of the Project Management Framework
- Lead a team to document, audit, and processing of all capital works purchase order processing, reconciliation of orders and claims, and payment processing to ensure compliance with the contractual terms and relevant legislations.
- Review and prepare complex and detailed correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, and papers including Executive Leadership Team
- Preparation for high level and confidential meetings with multiple stakeholders both internal and external committees through pre-meeting correspondence, managing conflicts of interest and post meeting follow up actions.
- Initiate, coordinate and undertake activities to support divisional, external stakeholder, project team or working group objectives, as required
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree qualification in Business, Project Management or similar, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in investigating a wide range of topical and emerging issues within context in order to provide informed advice to executive management.
- Proven ability to actively engage and consult with multiple stakeholders to achieve and influence improved outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills including time management; problem solving; dealing with challenging situations; capacity to adjust to short-term change; and verbal communication skills that enable effective interaction with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to supervise a team to achieve exceptional levels of administrative support and the delivery of quality customer service.
- Ability to self-reflect and demonstrate organisational value and behavioural standards.
- Proven ability to research and prepare a diverse range of well written and succinct reports and correspondence to both internal and external clients.
