We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service, and we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Soft Floor Installation Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:
As the Soft Floor Installation Manager, you’ll take charge of the daily coordination and execution of all soft flooring installations. You’ll be responsible not only for managing current installation crews, but also for actively recruiting, training, and developing new installers as we expand operations across Perth and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day installation operations across multiple job sites

Supervise and support installation teams and subcontractors

Schedule and allocate resources, materials, and labor efficiently

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Work closely with clients, project managers, and internal staff to ensure clear communication and high customer satisfaction

Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members

Resolve on-site issues and maintain a strong focus on deadlines and budgets

What We're Looking For:

3+ years’ experience in soft flooring or carpet installation

Leadership or supervisory experience in the flooring or construction industry

Proven ability to lead teams and build strong working relationships

Experience recruiting and developing new team members is highly desirable

Solid understanding of Australian building and safety standards

Excellent organizational and communication skills

White Card and valid driver’s license required

Highly Regarded:

Cert III in Flooring Technology or similar qualifications

Experience across both commercial and residential sectors

Familiarity with site safety management and quality control
