About the Role:
In this role, your main focus will be on the 'bigger picture', doing what you need to do to set your team up for a win. You must think like an owner. A sharp business mindset is a must, ensuring that every decision is considered with the business and customer in mind. There is a need to roll your sleeves to start with and get the job done but you'll be instrumental in creating a team culture and have all the support required from our leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our location servicing Sunshine Coast Airport.

The position offers an attractive base wage + a lucrative quarterly bonus program. In addition you'll have access to a fleet vehicle inclusive of fuel and maintenance, laptop and phone allowance.
