HSE Advisor

Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor – 2:2 Roster
Location: Perth (FIFO)
Pay Rate: $65–$70 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and growing contractor in the construction and mining services sector, currently delivering camp refurbishment works.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join a strong team with a commitment to safety, compliance, and culture. The role offers long-term stability and the potential for sponsorship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring site-wide safety compliance with legislative and client requirements
  
  
• Facilitating and delivering site inductions, safety training, and VOC assessments
  
  
• Providing day-to-day HSE support and supervision across the site
  
  
• Leading daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety briefings
  
  
• Managing PPE and safety equipment stock and usage
  
  
• Promoting a positive safety culture across the workforce
  
  
• Maintaining all safety documentation and compliance records
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
  
  
• Proven experience in a mining or construction environment
  
  
• Proficiency in using safety management systems
  
  
• Rio Tinto site induction (Essential)
  
  
• Excellent communication and team engagement skills
  
  
• Ability to work autonomously and drive compliance on site
