The Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example, fostering a positive team culture, coaching team members, and inspiring them to achieve their best. Key responsibilities include managing shifts, maintaining high food and service standards, handling customer feedback, and supporting the team to achieve performance goals.

Skills & Experience

• Leadership experience in casual dining or a fast-paced environment (preferred, not essential).
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• A hands-on, people-focused leadership style with a passion for teamwork and results.
