The Nathan River Resources mine site is located 50km inland from the Gulf of Carpentaria and approximately 760km from Darwin, we are the proud owner and operator of the Roper Bar Iron Ore Mine. We take pride in our in-house mine, marine and trans-shipment division, which manages a fleet of mine and marine assets dedicated to our operations.

In this role you will:

Support the availability of CAT machinery including 90,70&50T Excavators 980 and 982 Loaders, D8&D6 Dozers, 745 Articulate trucks, 140M graders, 259 skid steer, servicing and repairs as needed in workshop

Pumps and Ancillary equipment servicing.

Breakdown repairs

Job inspections, task planning, JHAs, and MEX maintenance system documentation.

Day shift and night shift work.

Please note that no tools will be supplied, and you will need to bring own tools to site.

FIFO positions: Roster is 2/2 flights paid from all capital cities.

Desirable for this position:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role

Cert III mobile plant

Cert II in Automotive Air conditioning technology

Maintenance systems experience

High mechanical aptitude and competent fitting skills.

Australian working rights

Able to pass a Medical and Drug screening.
