Junior Office Assistant

We are seeking a motivated junior office assistant. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for a recent school leaver or university student.

Essential criteria

Completion of Year 12

Short commute time to our Milton office (less than 20 minutes).

Ability to learn and apply new skills.

Reliability, clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to emails

Assisting with customer order packing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Maintaining tidiness and organization of the office and packing areas

Managing and organizing inventory supplies
