In this role you will be responsible for coordinating, developing and delivering a range of service improvement initiatives, projects, policies and practices across our Services Directorate that facilitate the delivery of best possible outcomes for Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) Participants. You will proactively engage with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse problems, identify root causes to service delivery issues, and develop and implement service improvements. You will also conduct high quality research and implement a range of complex project activities with a focus on improving quality, efficiency and service delivery.

The experience we are looking for…
To be successful in our position you will have:
Experience developing, writing and implementing policies, procedures and projects
Proven project management experience relating to service delivery to deliver quality outcomes within a health, disability, personal injury or related industry
Demonstrated ability to identify, define and analyse problems, ideally relating to allied health business practices, policies, systems and processes and scope, develop and implement timely responses
Significant experience in writing formal communications that may include board papers, technical scoping and procedure documentation and preparing and delivering verbal and written reports to senior management

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) which funds necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads, regardless of fault.

Remuneration: ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165) + Superannuation
Special Conditions
Appointment will be subject to the provision of a valid Working with Children Check and a satisfactory Criminal History Check that is no more than six months old.
Some out of hours work may be required.

About Lifetime Support Authority
The Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) provides care, treatment and support for people who have sustained very serious lifelong injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in South Australia.
We take a person-centred approach, so that participants have control to make their own choices about their care, treatment and support that best benefit them and their families.
Our team of highly skilled Service Planners and allied health professionals work closely with participants to ensure they live the best life possible.
We administer the LSS in accordance with Part 2 of the Motor Vehicle Accidents (Lifetime Support Scheme) Act 2013.
