Warehouse Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time

Lead and motivate your team to hit daily KPIs and maintain high standards

Ensure stock accuracy, safety, and general cleanliness in the warehouse

Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Identify improvement opportunities and help drive process efficiency

About You:

Previous experience supervising a warehouse team (minimum 5 people)

Confident in setting and achieving team KPIs

Strong communicator and team leader with a hands-on approach

Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
