About the role

PT Doors' is looking for an experienced Roller Shutter Installer and Technician to join our team in Sutherland, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of roller shutters, helping to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Conducting on-site assessments to determine customer needs and prepare for installations

Installing new garage doors, openers and related hardware according to manufacturer specifications

Helping to build this area of the business

Troubleshooting and repairing existing garage door systems

Providing high-quality customer service and advice to clients

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience in roller shutter installation and repair, ideally 2+ years

Strong technical skills and understanding of garage door mechanics and electronics

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Willingness to work on-site at customer locations
