The Package: $126,358.44 - $139,630.92 gross per annum (inclusive of marketing premium allowance) + 12% super (Evaluated as Grade 16 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).
Full time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may apply.

In this role you will:
Lead and support HR staff and managers in resolving complex workforce issues, including grievances, investigations, performance, and conflict management.
Provide expert industrial relations advice, coach leaders, and ensure compliance with statutory and Award obligations during workplace changes.
Use workforce data and insights to improve organisational performance and support informed decision-making.
Support Council values by contributing to key committees, sustainability and safety initiatives, and continuous capability building across the organisation.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Law or other relevant field, and brings demonstrated experience in relation to change management (projects, people, and systems) in a medium to large organisation.
Demonstrates innovative problem-solving, with the ability to develop business cases and gain stakeholder confidence.
Communicates effectively, delivers high-quality service, and builds positive relationships through strong presentation and conflict management skills.
