About the role

Join the global travel leader, as a Corporate Travel Consultant based in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by arranging complex international and domestic travel itineraries.

What you'll be doing

Understand client travel requirements and preferences to design tailored, cost-effective travel solutions

Efficiently book flights, accommodation, car hire and other travel components

Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, travel documentation and insurance

Respond promptly to client queries and make any necessary changes to travel arrangements

Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance the client experience

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, supplier changes and client feedback

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in a corporate travel consultant or similar customer-facing role

Strong knowledge of global travel logistics, including airfares, accommodation, visa requirements and insurance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues

Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle complex travel arrangements and disruptions

Proficient in using online booking tools and customer relationship management systems

A passion for the travel industry and delivering outstanding customer service
