The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a dynamic team in Brisbane. This role involves managing a diverse property portfolio, including boarding houses, units, townhouses, and free-standing homes. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including fire safety and WH&S requirements.
• Oversee major works and upgrades, coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage the turnaround of vacant properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

About You:

• Proven experience in property management, with a strong property maintenance and contractor management background.
• Excellent knowledge of WH&S and fire safety legislation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
