About the role

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher/Cleaner/Kitchen Hand to join our passionate team at Wellness by Tess' in Redfern, NSW. This is a casual role Monday-Wednesday from 4-7 pm. As part of our close-knit kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas

Assisting the kitchen team with light food preparation tasks

Ensuring the kitchen waste and recycling is managed responsibly

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Cleaner or Kitchen Hand, preferably in a commercial kitchen or restaurant environment

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

The ability to work well as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
