About the role

Cannington Carpet Court is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Finisher (Carpet, Hybrid, & Vinyl) to join our dedicated team. This full-time role is based in Cannington, Western Australia and will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional floor installation services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Completing carpet, hybrid, and vinyl floor installations to the highest standard

Accurately measuring, cutting, and fitting flooring materials with precision

Preparing subfloors and ensuring proper adhesion of flooring products

Providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Measure and quote consultations

Preparing and cutting carpet ready for installation

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a professional Floor Finisher or Installer

Proven expertise in the installation of carpet, hybrid, and vinyl flooring

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to safety
