What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the person who makes the wheels turn — seamlessly, quietly, and with serious flair. From the moment a client walks through our doors or calls the office, to the way our listing kits land in hands and our social stories hit timelines — you’ll be behind it. You’ll greet people with a smile, prep spaces with intention, and keep our operations flowing across sales and property management.

Whether you're uploading key documents, coordinating marketing approvals, assembling pre-list folders or open home kits, sending settlement gifts, scheduling social media posts, or celebrating team wins with LEGENDS shoutouts — you are the calm at the center of our daily buzz. This is a hybrid role with real presence: receptionist, admin pro, digital ninja, and experience curator.

You’ll support:

Front desk management and client greeting

Inbound calls and general enquiries

CRM updates, appointment scheduling, and data entry

Property Administration Support

Client-facing pack prep

Gifting, celebrations, and concierge magic

Basic social media coordination

Who You Are:
