About the role

We are looking for a part-time Barista/All rounder to join our cafe located in Lanecove. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and coffee crafting expertise to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, as well as teas and other hot and cold drinks

Providing friendly and attentive customer service, responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking supplies, operating the cash register, and following all health and safety procedures

Assisting with various other duties as required, such as food preparation, table service, and general café operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and the ability to prepare a variety of coffee drinks to a high standard

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanour

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask as required

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
