• Preparation of advice related documentation and application forms
• Submit and follow to completion applications related to financial plan implementation
• Client file management
• Implement advice strategy recommendations, including superannuation, insurance, and investments.
• Coordinate and prepare required documentation for new and existing clients across wealth creation and insurance using XPLAN.
• Liaise with platform providers, follow up underwriters and fund managers for outstanding documents/policy applications.
• Managing fund transfers, applications, redemptions and associated investment administration tasks
• Supporting advisers in managing client relationships and overseeing end-to-end implementation of advice
• Maintaining compliant and up-to-date client records, including file notes and meeting action items
Essential Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong knowledge of superannuation, investment and insurance products
• Experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA)
• Must have permanent right to work in Australia
• Valid police check required
