We are looking for dependable and skilled individuals to fill positions working as Concierge Security. This position involves working on Mon-Fri 0800 to 1700, (exc. PH) roster.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional concierge services, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism.
• Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.
• Interact with the public and clients in a courteous and effective manner.
• Adhere to directives from management and work collaboratively within a team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a concierge or reception role (highly desirable).
• Proficient with medium-level computer skills and software applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public and clients.
• Ability to follow instructions and incorporate feedback from management.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Valid Tasmanian Security Licence.
• Working With Vulnerable People Check.
• Cert II in Security Operations (Or Higher).
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates.
• Willing to undergo and pass a National Criminal History check
