The Roles

Clean spaces are the foundation of great guest experiences. Whether you’re joining as a housekeeper or stepping into a supervisor role, you’ll help bring the Drifter vibe to life by keeping our rooms and shared spaces sparkling, inviting, and guest-ready.

Housekeepers

You’ll take pride in turn over rooms, refreshing common areas, spotting maintenance issues, and paying attention to the little details that make a big impact. You’re hands-on, reliable, and love working as part of a fun, fast-moving team.

Housekeeping Supervisor

You’ll lead the team on shift – managing rosters and daily tasks, ensuring quality control, and jumping in where needed. You’ll work closely with other departments, ensure all health and safety standards are met, and handle guest interactions to make their stay as smooth as it is memorable. Whether it’s reporting maintenance needs or solving unexpected challenges, you’re the steady hand that keeps things running like clockwork.

For Supervisor applicants, you’ll also be:

A natural problem-solver who leads by example and supports those around you
