The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping both our core platform and new agentic tooling for clinicians. In this role, you’ll bring your full-stack experience and strong Python skills to build, optimise and scale modern health tech solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Team and CTO, combining traditional development with AI-driven systems for real-time clinical support.

What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of features across our platform using Vue.js and Hono
Build intelligent tools in Python that support clinical workflows (note summarisation, ambient listening, diagnostics)
Develop agent evaluation frameworks to monitor performance and accuracy
Integrate AI agents with real-time applications to support mental health professionals
Monitor and optimise agent behaviour using clinical feedback and analytics
Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers
Tech Stack
Frontend: Vue.js (Module Federation, SPA)
Backend: Hono (TypeScript), Python (agents & evaluation)
Cloud: Azure, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Architecture: Microservices, Monorepo, CI/CD
What You Bring
7+ years of software development experience with full-stack capabilities
Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM APIs, or prompt engineering
Experience in performance monitoring or quality evaluation of intelligent systems
Interest or experience in healthcare or mental health technology is highly desirable
A start-up mindset: adaptable, curious, and collaborative
