Your Opportunity
This is a career-defining role where you’ll take the lead in driving commercial success and deepening our relationships with national retail and wholesale partners. You’ll be the vital connector between strategy and execution, ensuring that our brand vision translates into strong market performance and meaningful growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Account Leadership: Own and nurture key retail and wholesale partnerships, delivering joint business plans that champion our brand and meet shared goals.
Commercial Growth: Drive revenue, profitability, and category growth through sharp planning, negotiation, and execution.
Pricing & Promotions: Develop impactful pricing strategies and promotional plans that resonate with customers and elevate the brand.
Forecasting & Planning: Partner with internal teams to optimise forecasting, inventory, and supply chain efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
New Business Development: Identify and open new channel opportunities, including eCommerce and international markets.
Market & Consumer Insights: Stay close to market trends and customer behaviours to keep Snooza at the forefront of innovation.
About You
You’re an inspiring leader who blends commercial smarts with a love for purpose-driven brands. You build trust with ease, think strategically, and thrive on turning insights into action. Above all, you care deeply about creating value for customers and driving business impact.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, business management, or account leadership, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
Expertise managing national retail accounts and understanding complex channel dynamics.
Commercial and analytical acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, you’re a trusted partner to all.
A strategic mindset, balanced with a hands-on, get-things-done approach.
Strong customer centricity, with a track record of enhancing customer experiences.
