Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured group coaching and 1-on-1 training sessions

Design and implement weekly training programs across age groups

Handle student registrations, scheduling, and communication

Oversee facility setup and equipment maintenance

Support cricket development pathways for both boys and girls

Ideal Candidate:

Cricket Australia Level 1 or Level 2 certification

Proven coaching experience with juniors and youth programs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Passionate about growing the game at grassroots level

Committed to promoting girls’ participation in cricket

Must have full Australian work rights
