Synaco by Synergie is seeking a skilled and hands-on Materials Coordinator to join our client’s team in Wingfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established company that designs and manufactures high-quality agricultural equipment and components.

We’re ideally looking for a qualified Boilermaker or Engineering professional who can confidently read technical drawings, coordinate materials flow, and supervise a small team of 3–4 operators in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations relating to materials handling and preparation.
• Lead a small team responsible for cutting and preparing components
• Read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings
• Ensure timely movement and allocation of materials to meet production targets
• Liaise with production and engineering teams to prioritise workloads
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Participate in hands-on tasks as needed to support the team

About You:

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker or have a relevant Engineering background
• Confident interpreting technical drawings and material specifications
• Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or materials coordination
• Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
• Hands-on and proactive, with a strong work ethic

• Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour (depending on experience)
