Our ideal candidate would have:

Proven experience in a similar role

Interest in cakes and pastries.

Experience in short order cooking.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced team whilst maintaining composure under pressure.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mind-set.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

We offer the following benefits worth approximately $2,000 each year:

Remuneration negotiable based on experience

Chef uniforms are provided plus you also receive a footwear allowance

$6 daily voucher to spend each shift on F&B

$50 Gift card on your birthday

Depending on your availability, we strive to ensure work/life balance with at least 2 consecutive days off each week and negotiable on rostered days off.

Further training and/or study pathways are available to staff that desire to grow and develop their skillset

Paid RSA, RCG, Food Safety Supervisor certificates available for staff
