About the Role

This is not your average desk job. It’s fast-paced, diverse, and ideal for someone who loves working with people and thinking on their feet.

As a Rental Sales Agent, you’ll:

Be the friendly face of Avis at the counter, on the phone, and via email

Handle bookings, upsell services, and resolve customer enquiries

Work both indoors and outdoors

Pitch in wherever needed—whether it’s admin, car cleaning, or community events

Help customers with a smile and a solution

Thrive on rotating shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays

Strive to meet team targets and celebrate wins together!

About You

You’re a people person with high energy and a can-do attitude. Others describe you as:

Flexible and quick to adapt in a fast-moving environment

A confident communicator who builds rapport easily

Someone who values a job well done and isn’t afraid to hustle when needed

What You’ll Need

A valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Confidence driving various vehicle types (manual, automatic, larger vehicles)

Willingness to work a rotating 7-day roster (including early starts and public holidays)

Comfortable learning systems and following procedures
